help- grinding noise

thought this would be solved by replacing pads/discs but it hasnt, its a clio 1.2 95n, when reversing/braking at very low speeds there is a vibration or grinding noise from the front. new clutch fitted too, any ideas?

I think I'm getting the same thing. It sound like something's loose. It seems to be more under braking or on a downhill slope and mostly when going over slight bumps. I can only hear it when I turn the stereo and fans off but it is worrying me. My warranty runs out in April and I'm paranoid about being lumbered with a bill in May!

also happens when reversing, is an obvious grind just like worn pads, could it be the rear shoes and the sound is travelling, or could it be clutch or drive shaft related?
