Help... How much is my car worth

Hey all...

weighing up my options atm & would like some help in working out how much my cars worth if I was to try & sell it!

The car would be sold as it is atm minus the stereo equipment! So it is gonna be aimed at the modifying market & not some 60 yr old looking for a cheap run about!

Anyways heres the spec and a couple of piccies.

1 year old 1.2 16v dynamique billabong.
Climate control
16.5k miles at present.
Usual stuff like electric windows, auto windscreen wipers, auto headlights etc.
Clifford concept 500 alarm with all window closure & remote start.
Electric power steering
mods are as follows
- Respray in Liquid & acid yellow (both renault colours)
- lowered 60mm on springs, will have uprated shocks before I sell.
- 17" toora platimum 8 alloys
- Koncept sideskirts
- Bodycoloured all round
- Carbon bonnet (should I take this off & put standard one back on? although that still needs to be painted...)
- 172 Front end consisting of front bumper & wings
- K-tec upper & lower grills
- Delocked
- lexus lights
- Aerial removed & smoothed
- Carbon koncept spoiler
- Engine is completely standard apart from colour coded cover.
- Electric m3 mirrors with indicators.
- Interior completely standard
- tinted windows all round

Was thinking of 8k? Car was 10.8k when I bought it, will be 18 months old with probably 23k on the clock when I actually sell it, so help please???

standard 5k, with mods 7-8K just gotta find people interested!

I would say put the standard bonnet back on and sell the carbon one separatley, but if the standard one would need painting then thats going to wipe out what youd get for it.

well i saw a 52 plate 1.2 16V on 13,000miles in black (std and mint)

for £3800

im still depressed!!!!

that is depressing... But that musta been a one off coz the prices ive seen for say a 53 plate with that kinda milage is about 6k private and 7.5k trade!

hmmmmm, well I wont probably sell it till july anyways so i guess i will aim for 7 then!

I couldnt sell my 04 172 for 9k (standard) might struggle with 8k for it I think!

Dont worry! plans have changed!!!

ive decided to not get the rx7 for a couple of years and shove a 2.0 in mine middle of next year!

bring on all show AND go! lol.

Sounds like a good idea, you cant do what you did and expect to get anything back, may as well plough more money into it!!

lol, yeah I knew it was gona depreciate alot... although probably wouldnt be so much if it was a 1.6 or a 172 but its just such a small engine slow car!

amen to that bluepete, but im gonna stick to the 2.0 NA engine coz its gonna be my every day car and it needs to be OK on petrol and practical!

But im gonna buy the engine just after xmas, take it to over 200bhp courtesy of angel industries/gdi then shove it in in July, and obviously by then i will have the front suspension and brake set up of either 172/cup and ready to take the new lump!
