Looks pretty bad, judging by the state of your alloys i wouldnt bother, Put the money towards a new set.

its in a state due to me using an acid on them as gonna refurb them but dnt wanna carry on the refurb if i cant get it repaired

i had a gap about 1/2 to 2/3rds that size in my alloy missing, used liquid metal from halfords to fill it. sat there for hours. now its been painted over its immpossible to know its there

Any decent wheel refurber can weld a section in.

well i brought these alloys and i started to refurb them my self and as soon as i got the tyre taken off i then realized it had come off so yes i know there in a bad state now but ill be doing my best to bring them back to life again ! i hope lol

I would only use liquid metal for small kerbing not chunks like that. Could create a week spot on the outer edge of the rim.
