help installing linux

Im giving a go installing Red Hat, but when I get to the partitioning hard drive phase it gives me errors along the line of cant set the partition as primary and such.

Iv tried unpluggin one HD so its just my windows one in, I want it on dual boot. And computer still says no.

Any ideas ?
