Help Knocking Noise

Hi i recently bought a clio 182 and have noticed it now knocks when i let off the accelerator, its only one knock every time i let off but it is now starting to drive me crazy.

I think it might be the engine mounts but thought i would ask here first to see if any one had an idea.

Worn engine mounts/dogbone => manifold hitting the subframe.
