Help me find a 182 ff please!

Hey guys,

Looks like my car has finally sold, so im moving on up to a 182 ff.

Only thing is, im not sure if what im looking at is any good!

Ill have around £5850 to spend. And would like one with as little miles as possible (what is high for a 182?) And also, in inferno orange or racing blue (preferably without the stripes!)

Am i looking at the right thing here? And also, to clarify, was it 70,000 miles for cambelt, but 40,000 for auxbelt?

recommended to do cam&aux belt together at either 36k or 5 years, whatever comes first. Renault dont suggest that though obveously lol.

As for high milage, i suppose it doesnt matter as long as its got FSH and been looked after they can go for way over 100k as some on here have! For 5850 you'll get yourself a nice one as they are going cheap these days

Full Fat haha. It just means that its a Clio 182 with both cup packs - wheels suspension and spoiler me thinks?!

isn't it a 72k service, or 5 years.

Aux is 36k, but both are 5 years anyway, so regardless if your car is on 64k or 32k it'll need both belts doing (unless it's already had them done). But should have already had one aux change.

i said reccomended ie what most on here would do. I would never leave an important part such as a cambelt to when renault says change it.

Don't let the stripes put you off on a racing blue. You could just remove them easily enough. Something to think about

Couple of these go away from your choosen colours, but for the money RB is usually difficult to come by as most people want them with both cup packs. And traders have clicked on to the 'two cup packs' thing and are now just adding that in for the crack.

http://pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1357601.htm says it has both cup packs but the spoiler you can't really see, it has a splitter - but it's not an original (or doesn't look it) and the wheels aren't the anthracite grey (however, I believe you could get them in silver with the cup pack). Cheap enough.

http://pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1568495.htm Has the spoiler as far as I can see, and looks to be the original splitter. Low enough miles for the cost. Has Recaro's - nice. Wheels aren't the usual anthracite, but as above, I'm sure I read you could select silver as an option if you wanted).

have one thgat will be up forsale in about two weeks. Owned by my sister since 13k, now on 40k (2 owners) Racing Blue with Both Cup packs. FSH, belts done last year. 100% standard

Likewise, my bean is up for sale, as much as i don't want it to be, On 38k, 1 previous owner, i've owned it since 12k. FSH, belts done in feb, tax and MOT till next march.
