Help me please, its very annoying!!!

When I add a picture from another site it shows when Im doing the reply but then puts a stupid x in the screen when its actually posted. Is there a size thing or something stopping it. Have tried witht he following link but its really starting to bug me why it wont work, anyone got any ideas?

could be that the site thats hosting the pic have blocked it being shown on other sites, email me the pic and ill host it for you
