Help me please

I am spraying the inside of my car, i am doing the dash and i was wondering if someone could tell me how to get this bit off.

i think u have to take the whole dash off to get to that but dont hold me to that as I own a mark 1!!

ok cheers guys i will give it ago, i have done a few bits already, they were easy to get off i spraying it blue glitter effect, will put pics up when its finished,.
