2004 clio 182 arctic

Can someone please help.
I have made some changes recently and i'm having problems.
1. Changed discs and pads all round and the front now squeal really badly. I have brembo max grooved discs on the front with ebc black stuff pads. Have just had it back in the garage and had the pads re copper greased. Ok for first few presses of peddle and now squeal is back. Not even 10 miles.
2. Exhaust was on its way out so I've changed it for a clio rs 192 stainless steel cat back. At the same time a spark plug blew out taking the ht leads with it so had ngk platinum plugs put in and new 8 mm leads. The head had to be helicoiled for the replacement of the guilty plug. The engine sounds like it's hunting and code 278 (snap on code reader) is coming up (destructive misfire). Eml light comes on intermittently and then goes off after a while. Had all codes reset and 278 reappeared in less than 5 miles. Can anyone shed any light on this for me.
