help! melted guard/arch?

after reading a few threads on here am not exactly sure what it is i need

basically what has happened is i have left my alloys to get refurbed and the company has put spare wheels on, only the wheels are slightly too big and are rubbing (alot). it has melted whatever it is that it is rubbing on!! my mates call it the 'sh!t guard'!

obviously the company will be getting billed for this (and hopefully discounted price on the refurb) and was just wondering what kind of prices i will be looking at for this to be replaced? and where i could order one from?

cool! think i will be joining then come pay day as i am soooooo skint now!! on the bright side though am saving £90 on my alloys for the damage to my car!!!
