HELP:Mk3 xenons auto adjusted fully down

My mk3 clio has xenons and the headlights are fully adjusted down so I can only see about 3-4foot infront of me at night on dipped. Does anyone know how to fix this or locate the sensor that adjusts them.

There's two, one on each axle. Most likely going to be the front has popped the linkage off its ball. Check out the passenger arch area

Pretty sure front sensor is on the front antiroll bar.
