Help, my Factory Fit Sat Nav's gone mad

it keeps telling me I'm in Staines when I live in Lewisham?? Is there a reset button anywhere (the instructions are round the in-laws, will get them at the weekend). Anyone got any ideas??

Will do, as a last resort though! thought I would try here first, at least people know what they are talking about and wont tell me I need a whole new dash or something.

Well I would think disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes or so should reset it. Worth trying I guess.
