Well i've learnt something new today, is it some kind of kill switch?
When you have an accident the fuel cut off switch pops up in basic terms.Ahh right, so what would trigger that then fuel leak or something?

Not cambelt, turns over fine. it was getting dark and battery went flat. when i looked at it. like a TDC sensor, but tried wiggling the wires no difference really needs clip on it to see what going on.
Very odd. Could still be crank sensor, I have had experience of them just giving up
