Help needed desperately

I have a dilemma. Saturday got new tyres......had broken coil spring.

Parts have been ordered and the new springs are 60mm shorter than the springs on the car. Car is 52 plate Clio 172 Cup.

Which are wrong?

Where you order the springs from?

Get some genuine ones for a cup.. Wrong spring rates would upset the handling. Or get some lowering springs like cooksport/eibach
