help needed please :)

right, i got up this morning, cleared the tiny powdering of snow off my car (windows), switched the engine on. I was about to set of but i forgot my wallet! :dapprove:. went in and eventually found it, came back out and there was a little more snow on my screen again, so i put my wipers on, and they ground to a holt, only moved about a third up the windscreen,

can anyone please help or give me ideas as to what it could be?

Thanks for the info, got back from work n checked the fuse (didn't have time this morning) n yep it was that! . Thankfully! .
