HELP NEEDED PLEASE

Im falling into the same hole that I did with my faulty ford. Being fobbed off by a car manufacturer!

Ive got a cup, dodgy paint job on the bonnet. I did post a message yesterday, got a few replies.

Just spoke to Renault customer servics, the chap on there basically said go back to Jamjar cars, ecause thats who I took delivery from, even though they clearly state Im with Renault after 11 days of ownership.

I need an indepentent adviser that can confirm what chips away did, that my bonnet has been resprayed. Does anyone know who can do this? The AA or even chips away?

Advice please, Id hate it if I went sour over my cup and got rid of it like my last car cos I love it.

The AA will pick up on sprayed pannels with their car check services, will cost a bit tho, not sure on prices.

Just phoned them and its £99 for a paint work check. I did get a quote a while back and it came to about £260. Thats nearly half way to doing it myself. might have to just take it on the chin.
