Help needed with engine whistle noise

Hi can anyone help me with a weird noise coming from my engine, car was misfiring so i changed the coil pack, spark plugs and leads and its running better now but theres a whistleing noise now, wasnt there before i changed them parts, it sounds like boiling kettle and doing my head in, iv no idea whats causing this, any suggestions much appreciated, cheers

Clio sport is it? Have you put the top half of the manifold back on properly? Or the few hoses that connects to it.
