HELP NEEDED!

Hi guys,

Had issues with my car starting and I thought it may have been a faulty connection / short circuit, however, mechanics told me to do battery and then starter motor.

Well these have now been changed over and as soon as I connect the battery the engine starts turning over with no keys in it!!!!!

Does anybody have any idea where / what to look for!?
