i'm a computer r****d. The sound on my laptop is not working when I'm on the internet. It works when i put a CD in and do tests using the control panel but not when i'm on the internet. More specifically i am trying to show my dad some you tube videos and there is no sound..any ideas?? (In plain english as well please
