Help ! ! Oil Temp and Pressure gauges and Oil Cooler ? ?

I have just ordered a M20 Oil Filter Sandwich plate to fit a Oil Temperature and Oil Pressure Guage to my 172 FF

I was wandering if i could fit an oil cooler(from k -tec i think it was) as well ?

As the only oil coolers i've seen use sandwich plates as well

So i take it i can only fit one or the other and not the gauges and oil cooler at once.

Is this correct ?

I am sure I have seen a thermostatic sandwich plate with extra holes for sensors.

can you not drill + tap sensor fittings in to the sandwhich plate?
have a gander on tweeks and such they sell oil pressure switch t peices.
