Help Painting Calipers

i know this proberly been on ere shed loadz of times but i need a guide to how to paint em!

i got that halfords caliper paint kit for £20

now do i start wit the front ones or rear?

also i dont av axel stands so how am i gonna av all 4 wheels off or can i jus stick em on straight away and jus not drive?

Erm, I did a search for painting calipers on Google UK.. and it came up with the Lexus club - they had a great "how-to" of how to do it!
