help please, what it the front o2 sensor?

my car is throwing a fault up reading
"front o2 heater fault on activation"

is this anything to do with the bad running of my car?

the only thing i could think it would be is the lambada sensor

gsf, motorfactors, etc etc, just get a vehicle specific one, not a "universal" one
