Help Please!!

I know its not a renault but it might ne a common problem on many cars so wandering if anyone can help me!!

When turning the wheel i het a rather loud creaking noise... i can only hear this from outside the car!! Ive checked the power steering fluid and thats fine so any thoughts??

When your standing still?

Sounds like its the PAS rack.

Yeah its when stil!!

Also when braking and turning it seems as though the car doesnt have power steering?!?
