does any one know how much it would cost to repair a snaped cam belt and replace all the valves ,labour costs only thanks experts

All 16 V sounds like a bit of a mess.

A new engine would be easier wouldnt it a few hundre should get you a 1.8 and then rebuilt your own time.

There a few 1.8 engine for sale on the forum I think

Depending on the damage....up to a grand as labour is alot and the valves are silly expensive each.
