help pls 17' alloys, will they fit on my mk1 clio?

My mates got a car he is scrapping or sellin cheap, was wondering if i bought the alloys off him they wud fit on my car, without gettin the arches rolled

Would struggle to get 16's on aswell unless it was mega high.

My mate had a Clio 16v with 17inch Momo Arrows years ago. Not sure if the wider arches allowed the fitment though.
