HELP PLZ fuel rail and phlenum

i plan to remove this in a couple of hours its gettin polished when am away on holiday.

i need to know how easy it is to remove and if theres any gaskets etc i will need to replace if any

doesnt it always rain up there lol, i'm thinking of doing the same when i'm on holiday lol, i guess you need to order new gaskets too anyone got part numbers if they are needed?

polishing looks nice, but doesn't aid performance (just me being anal, don't worry)
