help! rattling noise...

iv got a rattling noise underneath my car am not sure what it is... ive had a look at the central exhaust PIPE underneath my car, its pretty corroded and its vibrating like nuts... could this be whats causing the problem..?

Possible. Or heatshield. Let engine run and look under the car
