HELP re:tom tom

just bought a TomTom one 3rd edition, plugged it into the computer and a green light is on at the top.

but when i try to turn it on, nothing happens?

does it need to be on charge for a certain amount of time etc?

it will take time to have enough battery to switch on! leave it abit longer then hold down the onbutton (dont just press it)

charged for about 1.5 hours and now works :]
