Help rear fog light flicker on dash

Hi all- just a quick one. Removed front fogs over the weekend and tied up the connectors under the arches. Driving on the motorway a yellow engine light came on. I put a cheap code reader on it and says 1 fault but doesn't won't list any codes. I turnt the light off and nothing has come on since. However I have noticed that when driving the rear fog light flickers periodicly very faintly. Any one have any ideas what this maybe? Just want to sort it before it becomes a major fault.

Seen some posts that cover it's a connection issue if left will this cause further issues
