HELP, respray

i know, im sorry that its the wrong section, but i left the same thread in the Exterior forum about 30 mins ago with no reply, because there was no-one looking at it.

basically, im colour coding my car today, and i really want to know how to take the side strips off and the front and back bumper, and are they easy to put back on.

please help cheers ollie

the front bumper strips have push clips on the plastic use a small screw driver (to push the clips down) but be careful when pulling em, the rear bump strip ive no idea when i did it i just tapped the bumper up and sprayed it while it was on the car.

tbh the strips are pretty sturdy so u can give it a bit of bother when pulling them off. theyll clip back in to lpace when u put them back on so its ok if they bend a bit when getting em off...
