Help!! Save money and look like a dork or spend loads!

Ok. My xenons not working and basically the unit is always filled with condensation, so every place iv been iv been told i need a new headlight and starter/ballast pack. So basically the cheapest qoute i have got so far is £500. I cant really justify paying that right now as iv got insurance and tax etc etc coming up....anyway, Iv seen that you can get the angel eye headlights for a smudge under £200. I mean to i spend less and look like a chav??? Or do i do nothing an crash pretty soon! :rasp:

But I'm not aure if your can change the surround though, as the 182's are grey and 172's are black.
