HELP:: Suspension Change

I need help.

I have my 02 1.2 16v Clio lowered on -40mm Pi springs. I am looking at changing these for a set of uprated shocks and springs. I have seen that k-tec do the SPAX and KTR/JR shock/spring set, but it doesnt sound like they are low enough, Im looking for atleast -40mm again.

Any recommendations? and how much/where from?

Also how do uprated shock effect the ride?, Im hoping it will be a bit less rough then my current setup!.

Nope, i;m running std shocks and higer poundage springs on my valver........bloody good. At least i know its not a bloody chepo sports shock....lol
