Help - trying to attach cobra seat to subframe

I've just picked up some Cobra seats and subframes and i'm trying to put them together.

The runners have a small spacer to lift the seats off the subframe, but the runners (sliding) have no spacers. When i bolt them to the bottom of the seat there is no room between the seat and the handle you lift. Do i need to buy spacers?? Also the bolts that go into the seats have no washer. Are they also missing?

Just use some washers to make sure there is enough clearance.
