Help urgently needed about throttle sticking

I'm currently at oulton park did a few laps this morning notice throttle was sticking on at high revs and was quite dangerous so came in cleaned throttle body was spot on for about 6 laps then started again
just tried I again after dinner and still doing it not going back out unless can get it sorted anyone any ideas help appreciated
