help - water leak

Hi everyone, complete newbie to clios, bought one 2 weeks ago its a 1171cc rl 1993/4 and i have a problem, took it out yesterday to bed some new brakes i put on, on returning there is water pouring out the front of the engine, when i pour it in the expansion tank it runs out the engine just as fast, there seems to be a pipe of somesort that goes into the water pump area on the left hand of the engine at the front, has anyone any ideas what it could be, is there anywhere i can download a manual for it in pdf? i put it on ebay yesterday and it sold after 2 hours with a buy it now but it seems the winner decided he didn't want to drive it 300 miles home with the leak so i may have a go at fixing it. any help very much appreciated.

Split pipe? Get someone to put water in and you look where it is coming out? Also this is the wrong section

yea put water in and see where its coming out while running.


could be a core plug on the engine rusted thro, easy fix if it is

seems its not as bad as i thought, there's a metal pipe that runs across the front of the engine and goes into the water pump, its corroded where the o-ring sits, where do you guys get your renault spares from??
