Help with a machine polisher for beginner.

  BMW 330ci
I'm thinking of buying a machine polisher, but unsure of what one to buy or what products I would need to go along with the machine polisher. Just wondering if someone could perhaps write a list of exactly what I would need and how much it would all cost.

Sorry to be asking a lot, but any help would be much appreciated :D Thanks

been quite a few threads on this recently, always best to have a look through the past couple of pages.

For starting probably best to stick to a dual action polisher dependant on how confident you are. i4detailing and cleanyourcar both do good packages, none really better than the other IMO for starting out.

variable speeds??? not quite sure what you're referring to.

If you've got the cash or plan on using it quite often go Pro, if not stick with the standard one

  A slow blue one.
It always has variable speeds to help learn!

Aren't the variable speeds for effective working in of a product rather than helping you learn to use the device?
To the OP go for the DAS-6 Pro from CYC, fantastic piece of kit. If I remember correctly it's simply the DAS-6 with the standard motor pulled out and a more powerful one installed in it's place by the bods at CYC. To be honest though if you can't afford the Pro then there's no problem with the standard at all, still a bloody good DA.

Oh ans as regards products the big name that is banded about is Dodo Juice, they've got a wide range with products to suit any budget so check they're website.
You can spend as much or as little as you like, personally I use Zaino but I'm planning on going the gtechniq route when I've used up what I've got because the finish is so much better despite costing an absolute fortune in comparison.
