help with brake calipers

Nope, although a G-clamp helps.

Ignore this, I thought you meant the fronts.

On the rears I believe you have to wind them back in...not sure if there's a specific tool for it though.
 
The piston will have 2 grooves in it use a screwdriver and turn it clockwise back in. Opening the brake reservoir might help.
 
In the guides section here is a guide on it. Will go find it. Off the top of my head the face of the piston has like a X shape groove on it. You can use long nose pliers i believe to turn the piston. As you turn the piston it moves it back into the caliper body. I'm not recommending this method of winding back, but it works.
