help with coilovers?

i think i have made my mind up on getting some vmaxx coilovers for my mk2 1.6 although if anyone suggests better for roughly same price? also is it easy fitting them? is there a thread on here showing how to fit? or isit just simply take old ones out and fit new? :S

When I did mine, I followed two guides:
