Help with Exclusive wheels needed

I always thought Exclusive wheels were all silver but if you look at the picture of one in the choice of avatars then the centre of the centre cap is black.

Anyone got any ideas?

I'd have one, I reckon there must be about 100 or so of them left (maybe a few more)
