Help With H&R fitting HELP

Pissed off.

went to fit my H&Rs last nite, bit of a problem..

firstly - i cant work out how to assemble the rear platforms. please see pic.

Second - one of the bolts on the rear platforms is smashed to bit? like badley threaded. now i remember someone posting that you dont need to run the second platform if you want the car realy low? if this is correct then i wont fit the smashed up second one. please see pic

which order do they fit on?

do the "cups" with the thread face down wards (so the thred points to the floor) or upwards so the cups sit under the axel plate and the threads point at the bottom of the car?

For the fooked thread, try tidying it up with a needle file. My old ones were like that and they were fixed no problem.

I had the smaller at the bottom but have seen other coilies with it the other way round!!
