Help with Mk1 Relay.

  Renault clio mk1 p3
Please take a look as the picture via this link: http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=4474063

Now i have a set of valver clocks in my car and would like to get the temp display working.

I know about the outside sensor.

I see on the diagram there is a relay for "External Temperature Display" (9).

Do i need this to get it to work?
If so would any one have one for sale?

Thanks for reading.

  Looking for a ph-quick...
The thermostat is in the passenger wing mirror and only came on the 16v and williams. Your gonna need a mirror and the wiring that plugs into the back of the clocks.

I am fairly sure that that "relay" is just the chime that indicates the road temp has dropped to 3deg. Your temp gauge should work without it.

I wouldn’t go swapping relays to test though, relays may look the same but they are not necessarily wired up the same, you could burn out a loom.
