Help with my camera

Just bought this bad boy.

Cant really find it from the instructions so wil ask here lol.

Its not quite a DSLR but it had the properties of one. Jus wondering is it possible with one of these to do the shots for example of a road at night or lightning so theres a stream of it (i assume u leave the iris open)

Also been looking at pics of streams where the water looks like its still running.

stick it in manual mode and put a slow shutter speed on it with no flash and you will get the effect u want.... u will need a tripod.

Tv (shutter priority) mode would be a good idea as well, have a read the photography sticky at the top...
