Help with N95

Know quite a few people have an N95 on here and I can't find my answer anywhere.

I just updated the firmware on it and i need to re input all my contacts, they are saved under contacts on PC suite but how do i get them to the phone?

I've tried the restore option under backup but no joy.

I can see all my contacts, just there on my pc screen and not my phone :dapprove:

when i updated firmware i remember i did a backup to the memory card of all my contacts and settings.

try coping to memory card then put card into phone and copy back to phone.
Mine is in folder called 'others' then contacts, the contacts folder on my card is for tomtom.

silly me i forgot i had backed up onto the card. sorted
