HELP with number plates!

Im currently detailing my R27 and i was just tryin to take my number plates off but i have a problem. My plates seem to be put on with some studs of some sort, i thought it was screws until i popped the caps off and it has like a hole in the centre around 1mm??

yeah thats what my mate thinks it is, we want to just pull it but scared incase we f*ck the bumper.

Drill the heads off or chisel them off

Sounds like the same things that were on my rears lol. Does the plate have a dealer name on it?

My guess is a dealers has put them on to stop people from removing them to advertise their name. I got mine off by pulling it and it was in about 267 pieces when I'd got it all off, needed to use pliers also.
