Help with porter cable

Got the transformer plugged in at the mains, now where the funk does the porter cable plug into? Or do I need to plug the transformer into an extension lead with multiple sockets, then just plug the PC into one of the other sockets using an american to english adapter?

You need to cut the black US two pin plug off and change it for a plastic yellow 110v one.

Aaaah!! I got a yellow one with the kit that i bought! Do I just pull that plastic thing out of the end of the yellow one and then start re-wiring!!

right I've cut the 2 pin plug off the PC, and unscrewed the yellow 110V plug!! Theres a black and white wire from the and what looks like 2 thin pieces of rope or something lol!!

Never wired an american plug before, I don't want to die lol
