Help with rattle please, video inside

Hi,
Ive got a rattle at 3k it only happens then but it's whenever the car gets to that rpm.
Its a rubbish video but hopefully it'll help.

Anyone shed any light please? My thoughts are aux belt tensioner?

Possibly a heat shield or the manifold to cat fitting kit has come loose and it's the spring rattling. Mine does similar

It's def not the cat-mani joint springs (their new and done up tight)
Ill try the heat shields again. It sounds like its coming from the aux belt area though, could the sound travel?

Anyone else got any ideas please? I'm not close to anyone but a Renault main dealer and I'd rather not go to them.

Found the problem, the sway bar for the alternator had lost the bolt that holds it to the block.
