help with shock fitment

heya guys im looking at ordering a suspension kit for my car in the next few days, when i asked the guy in motorworld he said i need to measure sumthing to see if its 54, 56 or 58mm or sumthing?

what am i measuring and can somebody provide me with a photo please?

You should be able to access the lower part of the front strut by putting it on full lock first. Then using a tape measure, measure the distance between the centres of the 2 bolts holding the strut to the hub, just behind the top of the disc.

Or the top of the bolt to the top of the other one.

Will most likely be 58mm.

Nope just measure the top of the bolt to the the top of the other, or from the centre to centre.

kk well things aint gone to plan so im pissed now!!

sum clot has rounded my locking wheel nut key so i cnt get my bloody wheel off!!! the last time i use them!!!

any tips on getting stuck locking wheel nuts off?

I'm guessing they're the non-adjustable ones and I have seen them cheaper elsewhere, motorsportworld for one have them at about £225. Well worth an hour on google to see what you can find I reckon.
