help with spring replacement on 182 (guide?)

hi i was wondering if any1 had a step by step guide of how to replace front and back springs on a 182 or if any1 had a link to a guide on here. any help would be appreciated, the springs arrive this week and i was hoping to fit this weekend. thanks
