Help, xenon dash light isn't working???

Basically my driver side xenon wont come on and when i turn the lights on the dash light doesnt appear either , this happened to me a few weeks bak and it was the fuse but when i changed the fuse this time it didnt seem to work. Does anyone know the problem???

Checked all the connections under the bonnet, by the lights. Might be obvious but that was my fault

Yeah I've checked that and it's recently had a new ballast
