help?

apparently u can go down 60mm without too much trouble as long as u get the right offset (et)

apex seem pretty good value for money
dont think u can go wrong with apex really

well the wheels i want are already on a clio so i assume that they are the right offset alreay? maybe im mistaken :p

Your not mistaken.

I think everyone has slightly different experiences with lowering, some go 80mm and have no problems, others complain of rubbing at 60mm.

Coilovers?

im on a tight tight budget so coilovers is a no no and im 18 so insurance would <3 me

i just want these wheels that im buying to site nicely in the arch was wondering what drop i would need for this, got any pictures of 17"s at different drops anyone? cheers tom

Gonna have to notify insurance about new size wheels.

Post that request in Media/Pics section.

i have told them about the alloy, they just said if it doesnt improve the BHP then its fine by us :O

Nearly fell off my stool

Lol, sounds good to me.

You'll notice a degradation in acceleration by putting bigger wheels on btw mate.
